If you engage NC. Enterprise for hardware diagnostics or repairs, you acknowledge that while we exercise the highest professional care, electronics repair inherently carries risks. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, incidental data loss during hardware failure, or issues arising from undisclosed liquid/physical damage. We highly recommend backing up your data prior to submitting hardware for repair.
