2. App Usage and Google Play Store Compliance

Our applications distributed via the Google Play Store are designed to comply strictly with Google Play Developer Program Policies. By using our apps, you agree to the following:

• Applications like "Savy My Status" act as local utility tools. You are solely responsible for the media you view, save, or distribute using our tools. We do not host, intercept, or claim ownership over your personal media.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any NC. Enterprise software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and software code associated with NC. Enterprise are the intellectual property of Neverlied Computer Enterprise. The SVG icon, mottos ("We, Neverlied Computer Ent!"), and proprietary app mechanics may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without express written permission.

4. Hardware Repair Services

If you engage NC. Enterprise for hardware diagnostics or repairs, you acknowledge that while we exercise the highest professional care, electronics repair inherently carries risks. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, incidental data loss during hardware failure, or issues arising from undisclosed liquid/physical damage. We highly recommend backing up your data prior to submitting hardware for repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neverlied Computer Enterprise or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, privacy breaches caused by device mishandling, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or services provided by NC.
